I saw the band in 07 as well and I'm gonna miss seeing him up there but i know he'll be back. All those charities he's been involved with.....this is an amazing man. A band that plays together,stays together! be strong Chi and family. Thanks to Sergio for filling in. I know it probablyseems like I keep saying the same thing over & over, but having this site to come to, and being able to correspond with so many others who care during this difficult time is just AMAZING, and it gives me & my family so much strength & hope. SMOKEY: thank you SO MUCH for sharing such a personal story with us. I am so sorry to hear about your friend-I cannot imagine going thru this for 9 years, but then we seem to always find more strength than we knew we had in times like these. I am sooo glad to hear that your sister is well and living a good life! That is amazing too! I, myself, have lost countless friends & loved ones over the years, and it is never easy, no matter the circumstances. For many years of my life, I lived wrecklessly, and took much for granted as well, despite losing so many dear to me. In the last 6 months, I have lost my mother & grandmother, and on Tuesday, I just found out another friend is gone to an overdose. Losing my mom had a profound effect on me, and in a sense "woke me up" to all of life's beauty in a way I'd never known before. I am now ever mindful of all the good that surrounds me, and always grateful for all that I have, big & small. My family has been so broken over losing mom & grandma and now this with my brother, but we are closer than ever and trying to live each minute like its our last in their honor. They would want nothing less for us, and I believe that Chi & Marco want that for all of us as well. I'd just like to say, for my family how AWESOME we think it is that everyone is signing off from their msgs with "onelovefor CHI AND MARCO"!!! You guys rule!!! thanks again for everything from everyone. Heading to the hospital, and will post again from there later in the day. GOD BLESS & ONELOVEFORCHI & MARCO!!
