Ming, you write a good read. I agree that life is always going to be only as good as you make it in your own corner of the world. And for those who are having a struggle making it at all, God bless the earth angels who care enough to offer a hand up. If we all did “pay it forward” that would be a great start. One thing that this experience has blessed me with is the knowlege that most people have a strong desire to do good. People want to connect and know that they can make the world a better place at some level. I think that we all want to live in a way that we feel pleases God, that he is smiling when he looks down at us. For those who don’t feel an accountability, it must be really confusing how to live your life.
I was talking to a onelove gal a couple of days ago and she had worried about what Gina or I might think of her view on something. It was so easy for me to answer her. When you have a decision to make, just ask yourself if it would please God. If it is something that would make Him happy, it doesn’t much matter what we think. In the end, it is always between you and your God.
There is so much to catch up with in our onelove family and Gina is planning to blog after she and Ryan get home tomorrow. I will be hearing back from the NJ Drs soon and Gina will be doing a blog from me on how well that went. And it did go well.
