I am so excited to have this oportunity to attend this benefit show ! Deftones has been my favorite band ever since my boyfriend introduced me to them in 2003. We made sure to go to every show whenever Deftones was in LA. Last year my boyfriend died in a car accident. It has been a very difficult year but Deftones helps me still feel connected to him. Anyhow, I’m really looking forward to going to the show and contributing to the Chi foundation. I pray 2010 will be the year we get Chi back.

My prayers are with Chi, his family, and the band. I’ve been deployed to the country of Kosovo since September 2009 with the California National Guard. Been meaning to send my regards for the recovery of Chi for a long while. Wish I could go to the benefit show. Deftones has been my favorite band since the first album came out. I pray that Chi continues to recover and makes it back on stage.
