Faith As Small As A Mustard Seed…
hey all,
just wanted to let you all know that chi is “on his way home” and should arrive any moment now. momma j or mae will let me know as soon as they are settled and i will update here.
just the other day momma j was talking to me about having faith the size of a mustard seed and i joked with her about having a pretty HUGE seed myself… then today my husband and i met this great couple from cali that were musicians passing thru austin.. we told them about chi and they offered their help.
we weren’t home when they came by before they left to their gig tonight.. but they left us a CD and a note… and at the bottom of the note.. what do you think it said momma j??
“I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, “move from here to there” and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
coincidence? ya maybe.. i like to think of those little ironic moments as little reassurances letting us know… “you are going in the right direction..”
anyway… my mustard seed continues to grow daily!
UPDATE: just heard from momma j and they are home safe and well!

this is great news to hear i been following this website 4 awhile now and its great to see people helping chi out like this to REAL DEFTONES fan it means the world to see him back on the stage where he belongs..i pray everynight for chi cheng to be ok again im from SACRAMENTO,CA and one of the most biggest DTONES fans in the world most people call me little chino jr. haha but anyways it’s great his home and can’t wait until he is back on that stage killing it again!

With love n constant thoughts I write this…so glad Chi is home finally!I know his family n close friends will rise him to the level needed to make his recovery.I dont know him personally,just a long time fan,but here in Atlanta,we get periodic updates on his recovery from a radio station.But it wasnt til I came to this site that I realized the extent of his injuries.A large circle of me n my friends grew up on the Tones,seen em countless times from small dive holes n the wall to arenas.The music wasnt the only thing that kept us…the band itself as individuals and a whole have always givin us this “energy”if u will.I only hope we can return it to one of our bros in need!So that it might help in his recovery.I will be checkin in to monitor his return to health.
