danny (triad music) and sonny (pod) let me know today that the official line up for the next chi cheng benefit on jan. 16th at the slidebar will be annouced on monday.. BUT he is going to let “One Love For Chi” announce it on sunday morning. so… be sure to check back here sunday for all the details!!

Welcome to One Love For Chi. As you may or may not know, Chi Cheng (bass player of Deftones) was in a car accident in November 2008 and is currently in a "minimally conscious" state. I launched this website to help raise awareness on Chi's condition and much needed funds to help Chi get the best possible care available and to provide for his personal needs. the only tickets that will be sold are VIP tickets. i will announce more details on how to buy them on sunday.

Ok everyone…. Admission is FREE! YES! FREE!!!!! We are only asking for donations at the door. There will be a silent auction with some amazing items and Gina will be there with oneloveforchi merchandise. Slidebar is small so you will want to make plans to be very early as we will have to turn many away. SORRY! Bands will start at 6pm sharp. When I say bands, we aren’t talking locals starting at 6… We are talking an all star line up!
VIP seats with the artists will be available by emailing chibenefit@triadmusic.net
This is the ONLY way to insure access besides showing up very early and waiting in line.
This is for Chi my friends and hats off to Gina, Sonny and everyone involved that have made this a success before it even started!
