Need Your Help! Christmas Video DVD For Chi

I wanted to do something special for Chi for Christmas and I need your help! I know it has GOT to get pretty lonely for Chi at times and I really want him to know how many of us love and care about him! SO – what I was thinking is to create a DVD video compilation of “Merry Christmas/Love/Support” messages to Chi from all you!
All you have to do is a video response to this video. I will collect video responses thru Dec. 18th and put them all on a DVD for Chi so Momma J can play it for him.
You can also send Chi a Christmas card if you would like. Mail to the following address and Momma J will see to it that it is placed on a wall in his room where he can see it.

How do I make a video response on YouTube?
To make a video response, click the “All Comments” box located underneath the video’s information (the same place you would click to write a comment). A hyperlink on the right of the box called Create a video response will appear — click this link. You will be given two
options for choosing your video response:
Choose a Video
The Choose a Video option lets you respond with any video you’ve already posted. Each video in your account can only be used as a video response one time. You’ll notice that your videos that have already been used as video responses have an asterisk (*) beside them.
Upload a Video Response
This option works like the normal upload process. Simply go to the upload page and upload the video as usual. Once this is complete, return to select your newly uploaded video as the video response.

sounds like a beautiful idea! honored to be a part of it. i have thought the same that he must get lonely, not only on holidays but from day to day. especially considering how many people he had used to have contact with. it will be nice for him to hear his adoring fans and loved ones leave messages that he can keep and replay. when he is back on his feet an up to par he will look back at it and feel so good. you’re good people gina. thanks for being the close friend that not all of us can be but wish we could.

Sounds like a great idea, unfortunately I don’t have a video camera on my computer, I would love to send a personal little clip of myself saying what up to Chi…. ow well I’m sure I’ll think of something cool to do. Can’t forget about my boy, especially during the Holidays, Ur never alone my friend. Always in my thoughts and heart!

I can so relate to that man, my girlfriend’s little sister crashed last week she was pretty and 21 years old. she wasnt wearing her seatbelt and was projected through the windshield which severed her left arm as well. she almost died from infection too since her abdomen was crushed. it’s bad, seing her in bed with respiratory machines and all.
we are so fragile, please, all, save the tragedy and wear seatbelts all the time, it doesnt matter how far you go, rockstar, pornstar, sports superstar, better to have a shoulder demolished than not having a seatbelt on and end up in this sad situation. i pray for you chi, i still have this signature of you in my glasses case, as well as your fellow bandmates. i remember you saying this was cool and you never signed a glasses case before and the band thought it was cool also. but chino was however absent due to illness or i dont know you guys cancelled the show in ottawa like 10 years ago i dont know if you remember but you said you would be back.
jesus i waited until this past april of 2011 to see your band perform in montreal, metropolis, and i so wish you would have been part of this, it was the most beautiful day of my life, and brought my gf and we had the most romantic moment during digital bath. i cried. no im no whimp but id make love with this song anyday. it was the first show she ever saw in real life, and she was blown away! litteraly.. she asked if most shows are like this. i said no babe, what you just witnessed might be the most epic musical concert youll ever see. but you were missing, and you are part of deftones. you have something to do with digital bath, dont you? i know you do

Have you tried Ambien for Chi? I just read some articles on it a week or so ago and maybe its worth a shot. It doesn’t work for everybody, 1 in 3.

Hey, I know its kind of late, but I wanted to just wish Chi and his family a merry christmas and a happy new year. I know the pain you are all going through and I wish you all the best and send my love. As a bass player I can say that the bass community misses you so much Chi. You are an inspiration to me and have and will always be one of two reasons why I picked up a bass. With love.
