Chi Benefit Show, night 1. Here was the setlist. The guys asked me to play on “Anniversary of an Uninteresting Event.” Tommy Lee helped out on drums. The show was awesome…check out the “guests” who joined on stage: (FROM mikeshinoda.com)

Really wish I could have been there, but I’m happy it will have raised a lot of money for Chi – and I’m amazed by Deftones and all the guests. I’ve watched all the videos and it looked like the ultimate concert ever!
My wife and I had the great opportunity to go and support the cause. The show was great. The crowd was actually really into it as well. If I remember correctly L.A crowds tend to stand around and not groove out to the music. Total surprise to see all the bands that came out and lent a helping hand. I picked up two shirts. I only wish they had a donation box. I wanted to kick in at least a Benjamin. So uplifting to see all the good people of Los Angeles represent with such good vibes.
Chi will rise.

I was at the show.It was soo amazing!!!!!!!It was great to see all the special guests come out to support Chi.Who was the guy who sang with Chino on Headup??I didnt recognize him..
Drove from Sacto to LA to support Chi and teh band on the 19th, as always Deftones were great. You truly could see the love this band has for Chi and it reverberated through the crowd. Thanks guys for a great show and get well!!!!

My God! just reading about this gets me soooo pumped! My DREAM is to attend a deftones concert- and now its a SUper dream to be part of a chi benefit concert! All these people together for usuch a sweet heart like Chi! Its so magical!!! wow too many “!!” lol sorry im just so pumped.
