Record a Get Well Message for Chi Cheng!

All recordings we be manually reviewed. Once reviewed/approved we will make a compilation CD for Jeanne, Chi’s mother, to play for Chi.

UPDATE: I just sent off Vol. 1 of the One Love For Chi CD. I sent it overnight so Chi will have it tomorrow (03/27/09). Below you will see pictures of the CD before I shipped it off. We will continue to collect get well messages to Chi for Vol. 2. – One Love For Chi, Gina

    Hi, I was just wondering about the Get Well messages cd…

    I left a message and I was just wondering if it’s on the cd or not?

    Because it says that you review them and I was just wondering if it’s on there or not :)

    I’ve been reading everything on here and I’m wondering what’s up with him. I guess he’s woken up and spoken and such?

    I guess he’s had an infection or something?

    Please can I get some clear information, a clear update on how he is doing? I’m a big Deftones fan, and as my get well message says, Deftones isn’t Deftones without all of them, including Chi. And from everything I’ve seen, Chi’s a wonderful man and family member and I can’t wait for him to get out of all this crap and back to the normal life he was living…

      hello,

      all the messages are currently being reviewed and compiled. pretty much if your message is loving and supportive and not offensive in any way… it will be on the CD.

      the updates in the site are the most current updates. he is fighting an infection. please follow the “Chi’s Recovery/Updates” category for updates. i talk to his mom daily.. some times several times a day.. so these are the most current updates available. i post updates as i get them.

    Im just a nobody that doesnt know anything bout his personal life whatsoever.. But I do know that Deftones is the fucking shit! And they cant lose any member.. So Chi.. Get outta this shit! Youre the man! people around the world need you! Hoping this helps..

    when i heard chi was in a coma, i was really worried. he’s a good man. treats people with respect and everything. i met him when he and the band came to south dakota. even though i was just washing dishes for the hotel they stayed at, chi treated me like a friend, which was awesome since the deftones have been one of my favorite bands since middle school. i’m sorry to hear about everything that’s happened to him since this incident occurred, but i’m happy that there is so much world-wide support for him and that he has such a loving family and friends to watch over him and do things like this for his benefit. get well soon chi, my prayers go out to you and your family and friends.

    I wanted to record a message for Chi but the recording said that the ext. was invalid I hope that you got the one I posted where it says to leave a message. If not please tell him that Lisa and the kids miss him verry much we can’t wait to see him again. Always in our hearts the Lampe family.
