Talked To Momma J Tonight…
hello everyone…
i talked with momma j for a long time tonight… we have great long talks… mostly filled with stories of gratitude for all of you great people and the love and prayers you send that help beyond imagination. you all bring strength.. hope and faith at all the right times! thank you!
for an update… they did an EEG today and mae walked in during the process… she asked chi ” how are you baby… how do you feel?” and chi tried to form words… he showed a lot of brain activity (via EEG readings)… enough for the person doing the EEG to ask mae to back away.
there are specialists who have run several tests to try and find the source of chi’s pain but they have all so far come back negative/clear. although that sounds like great news it still doesn’t let us know where the pain is deriving from. he went thru episodes of tachycardia (rapid heart rate). we need to find the source.
the oxygen chamber… we need to get him in that chamber! it will help eliminate these set backs he is having. once they are able to get him past these episodes he will be able to start oxygen treatments.
momma j said to tell you all thank you so much for your generosity that helped in making the purchase of the oxygen chamber possible.
fortunately physically chi is in the best shape he has been in 20 years! besides his lungs dealing with the MRSA he is strong!
this is all i have for now but i will continue to update as i get news.

Thanks for the news Gina…he will get past these infections and issues and be in that oxygen chamber in no time…I know it! Stay strong everyone, keep praying and think positive! Chi is going to beat this!

Thank you so much Gina for keeping this going and keeping us informed. I am sure Momma would love to talk to us all but the sheer overwhelmingness of this must be fantastic to her. We are lucky that the two of you communicate so much and keep us involved.
As for Chi, I remain in my original position. His body is fighting, his soul remains… he is going to do a great job and he has already beat the odds numerous times.

Im so happy with all the progress he has made from the start. Theres not a single day that goes by where I don’t pray for Chi. We all know he’s strong, and he’s going to make it through this. Your fans are waiting for you Chi, you can do this!
